Job Description
This contract role focuses on building and managing the HubSpot Sales + Marketing program, ensuring a data-driven and consistent process. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end operation, from sales process definition and automation to analytics and forecasting. This is a remote-first position within the Telecommunications sector.
Requirements
- 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub (Marketing Hub familiarity required)
- Hands-on experience with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
- Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and at least one telephony/CTI tool
- Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills
- Desktop or laptop with i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM and i3 processor for backup
- Smartphone
- Noise-canceling USB Headset
