Job Description
As a KMU Account Manager, you will support and expand customer relationships in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and establish partnerships with existing customers to ensure their commercial success.
Requirements
- Experience in account management or sales/in consulting for digital services, ideally with a large number of SME customers
- Good people skills, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluent German skills in writing and speech
- Customer orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
