As a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner, you will be a strategic finance advisor, shaping the financial future of a fast-scaling HR tech business and turning financial insight into business outcomes.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience in finance, strategy or consultancy (typically 5–10+ years) with strong modeling or FP&A exposure
- Excellent financial planning, forecasting and business case skills
- Experience building planning or reporting frameworks in high-growth environments
- Fluency in both German and English is a must, French is nice to have
