Coople is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the marketing strategy and team in Switzerland. The role combines senior strategic responsibility with operational implementation in campaigns, content, and communication.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in marketing or in a marketing-specific field (ideally B2B or HR-Tech)
- Demonstrable success in team leadership
- Demonstrable success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies for a national market
- Analytical strength and experience with reporting tools
- German on a native level and fluent English; French is a plus
