Job Description
The Sr. Manager, B2B Sales will oversee the management of sales teams, drive revenue growth, and lead strategic sales initiatives across Brazil. They will design and execute sales programs, manage cross-functional teams, and build high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven work experience in a sales leadership role in a multinational environment
- 4+ years of experience in the technology sales industry
- Experience in a BPO environment preferred
- Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, specifically with B2B engagements
- Strong program management skills and a proven track record in the development of large-scale sales programs
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market
