Job Description
Join our team as the Space Utilization Coordinator and become part of a community of exceptional individuals who share our passion for excellence and delivering superior hospitality to our premier clients. As a Space Utilization Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and reserving meeting space for conference center requests, performing audits of event space reservations, and working with Planners to gather information for large events and projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a conference center or corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with high-level clients
- Competent in Google Suite and strong general computer skills
