The role requires experience in meeting planning and catering, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

• 2-year college degree preferred
• Two to three years experience in a conference center or corporate environment
• Genuine sense of hospitality
• Exceptional client service skills
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment
• Experience with conference center reservation system (EMS)
