Associate Order Management Representative

The Associate Order Management Representative will be responsible for entering and processing customer purchase orders, reviewing for discrepancies, and resolving order issues with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate time management and organization skills
• Effectively communicates with team internally and externally
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
