Job Description
CEC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Waste Management to lead engineering projects related to airspace and earthwork volume calculations, technical reports, stormwater management systems, leachate collection systems, and landfill gas collection systems. The role involves developing proposals, managing budgets and schedules, and leading engineering staff. The position also allows for career development opportunities and mentorship.
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field), M.S. preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure (P.E. with PA registration or ability to obtain)
- Expert in technical software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling software, geotechnical modeling software)
- Established clients/contacts in Solid Waste sectors
- Experience in scope of service and budget development
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to coordinate regulatory agency review
