Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager

This Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager role at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) will manage projects focused on airspace and earthwork volume calculations, technical reports, stormwater management systems, and landfill gas collection. The role involves both conceptual and regulatory review processes, client interaction, staff management, and mentoring, aiming to contribute to successful project delivery and the firm's continuous growth. It can be performed in either Raynham, MA or Peabody, MA office locations.

Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience; or a relevant combination of experience and education
• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field), M.S. in Civil Engineering perferred
• Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.), with registration in MA or ability to obtain
• Expert in technical software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, and geotechnical modeling software)
• Established clients/contacts in Solid Waste sector
• Experience in scope of service and budget development and project management
• Ability to problem solve in a professional setting
• Participation in both client- and professional development-based organizations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process
