Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager

CEC is seeking a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to manage projects for Waste Management, including airspace and earthwork volume calculations, stormwater systems, and landfill gas systems. Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience, or relevant combination of experience and education
• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• M.S. in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Professional Engineer licensure (P.E.) or ability to obtain
• Expert in technical software and Civil Engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software, geotechnical modeling software)
• Established clients/contacts in the Solid Waste client sectors
• Ability to manage projects portfolios in excess of $500,000
• Experience in scope of service and budget (proposal) development and budget management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate the regulatory agency review process
