Job Description
Ciena is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Engineer 3 to provide post-sales support to customers using the Blue Planet Orchestration products. The role requires a strong networking and software background, with experience in Linux operating systems, troubleshooting, and automation.
Requirements
- Prime Ciena contact for any Blue Planet customer case/issue opened
- Interact with customers daily, identifying, analysing and resolving issues
- Raise issues with the Engineering teams as required to get issues resolved and delivered to the customer
- Provide feedback back into the account/PLM/R&D community to help improve product functionality in future releases
- Ensure overall customer deployment plans and timelines are driven to success
