Job Description
Ciena is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Engineer 3 to join the Blue Planet Global Support Team, providing dedicated L3 support to major global customers using Blue Planet Orchestrator and Inventory products.
Requirements
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Expert monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good automation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a globally distributed team
