Learning Technology Specialist

Wieland is hiring a Learning Technology Specialist to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees by maintaining accurate data in the Learning Management System (LMS), providing first level technical troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to optimize learning processes.

Requirements

• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to efficiently manage and deliver learning and training content, track learner progress, and ensure regional compliance with training requirements.
• Perform key weekly or bi-weekly audits to ensure compliance and minimize training gaps.
• Maintain and deliver standard training reports and analytics for departments and leaders.
• Provide technical support for end users and Regional Local LMS Administrators across multiple functional areas.
• Act as primary technical support contact for system users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
