Machine Operator

Wieland is hiring Machine Operators to support production operations. The Machine Operator plays a vital role in operating machinery, performing preparation tasks, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and reach throughout the shift
• Manual dexterity to handle tools, materials, and small components
• Maximum individual lifting restriction: 40 lbs per person
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
