Wieland is hiring a Talent Development Manager to manage all core talent and development processes, including continuous performance management, employee probationary reviews, development planning, learning and development programs, talent reviews, and calibration workshops. This role ensures talent and development programs and processes are aligned with business priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning and development.
Requirements
- Minimum (7) years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or roles with applicable experience
- Minimum (3) years of experience facilitating talent calibration workshops and training programs
- Prevous experience working in the manufacturing and metals industry supporting multiple sites, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field or equvalent experience specific to talent management and learning
