Payroll Manager

We seek an experienced, detail-oriented payroll manager to join our team. As a payroll manager, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees at our organisation. You will also collaborate with various departments to gather and validate payroll information, resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to our employees.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in accounting or related field of study.
• Experience with weekly, bi-weekly, and union payroll
• Experience with union reporting
• Must have CPP
• Five to seven years payroll experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience with UKG payroll system
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks on multiple projects with multiple team members and departments is a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
