The Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting trade sales channel growth, efficiency, and partner engagement. This role involves working with various systems (Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and leading a team to implement new tools and initiatives. It also includes budgeting, vendor management, and documentation support.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in IT management and Business Analysis.
- Experience working in a business/product owner role.
- Experience in product management/product ownership for CRM tools.
- Vendor management experience with large/complex brands.
- Expert project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working with diverse skills and senior team members.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
