CRM & Sales Technology Product Senior Specialist

The CRM & Sales Systems Product Owner Senior Specialist will support trade sales channel growth, efficiency, and partner engagement through platforms and technical tools, including sales enablement tools. This role involves implementing and improving customer relationship management systems, coordinating GoCCL Scrum teams, and supporting budget management. The position requires a combination of technical skills, business analysis, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of IT management and Business Analysis
• Experience in product management/product ownership for CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Vendor management experience with large/complex brands
• Expert project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
