Service Consultant

As a Service Consultant at CarMax, you will deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between customers and retail technicians or mechanical associates. You will assist with service calls, create repair orders, and manage customer concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Meet or exceed CarMax guidelines for customer satisfaction
• Read, interpret and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records
• Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge
