Retention Case Manager

Career TEAM is a workforce development organization seeking a Retention Case Manager for their Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment Workforce Development Program (PACE) Team. The role focuses on providing case management and follow-up services to employed clients, verifying proof of employment, and mitigating barriers to program participation. It's an on-site position with a focus on a 100% commitment to accelerating the human condition.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, OR a Minimum of two (2) years of experience in case management, human services or a position that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties as described
• Effective and engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage outreach efforts efficiently
• Resilient and outcome-driven with a focus on client engagement
• Knowledge of Government Workforce regulations such as PACE, EARN, TANF, SNAP, etc.
• Computer-literate with knowledge of relevant software and tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable about the local region and relevant partners
