Case Manager

Career TEAM is a leading workforce development organization seeking a Case Manager to support the Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment Workforce Development Program (PACE) team. The role focuses on providing professional, intensive case management to guide clients in career development and training, aiming to help them achieve self-sufficiency. The position is 100% onsite and is an integral part of Career TEAM's mission to transform lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration, or related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce development-related case management services with a professional certification
• Prior experience working with populations similar to the PACE program’s clients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique circumstances
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trusting relationships
• Effective communication, listening, and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Exceptional time management skills
• Valid Driver's License
