HealthPartners is seeking a Growth and Business Development Analyst to support the growth of their care system and market development. This role involves data analysis, market research, forecasting, strategy development, and collaboration with internal and external teams. The analyst will be responsible for managing projects, advising on growth plans, and providing data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare strategic planning, business analysis, finance, or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in using personal computers and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
