Job Description
Our client, a large U.S. insurer with over 10 million U.S. household members, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their executive leadership team and help shape organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic HR professional with a startup mentality, eager to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic HR business partnering
- Proven experience leading or coaching HR professionals
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and workforce planning
- Experience working with KPIs and data
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Familiarity with employment laws and practices in LATAM is a plus
