As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to mid and upper-level leaders, supporting the execution of the company's people strategy in alignment with business needs. This role is key to driving initiatives across talent management, employee experience, performance culture, organizational design, and change management.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in HR partnerships and consulting
- Proven experience in IT area
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in change leadership and project execution
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of insights
- Knowledge of employment law (US), policy alignment, and risk mitigation
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion
