Job Description
The Client is seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support executive leadership and senior leaders across multiple business units. This role focuses on driving performance, engagement, and growth through scalable people strategies, leadership development, and collaboration. It's a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic company in the insurance industry with a startup mindset.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic HR business partnering
- Proven experience leading or coaching HR professionals
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of talent management and workforce planning
- Experience with KPIs and data to inform HR strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with employment laws in LATAM is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Familiarity with HR practices in LATAM is a plus
