As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic consultant to mid and upper-level leaders, supporting the execution of the company’s people strategy in alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in HR partnerships and consulting.
- Proven experience in IT area
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to diagnose issues and align HR initiatives with business strategy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all leadership levels.
- Experience in change leadership and project execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of insights to inform HR decisions.
- Knowledge of employment law (US), policy alignment, and risk mitigation
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion.
