Workforce Development Navigator: provides case management and support for clients in workforce programs, including Latinos in Finance, Construction, CNA, and others. Teaches work soft skills, including resume writing and interviewing, and supports clients' success until desired outcome is reached.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of case management experience and working with underserved populations
- Associate/bachelor's degree or 1-2 years' experience in workforce development
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM (preferred)
- Proof of COVID vaccination
