The Community Education Navigator works closely with the Community Education Supervisor to recruit, enroll and support students in Canal Alliance's Adult Education programs, including ESL and Citizenship classes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in education, case management, or community services.
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in education, social services, or a similar field.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (REQUIRED).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
- Culturally responsive and able to interact with clients of varied backgrounds in a supportive and respectful way.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
