Intake Specialist

Canal Alliance exists to break the generational cycle of poverty for Latino immigrants and their families by lifting barriers to their success. The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience working with Latino and/or immigrant communities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA/BA preferred
• Customer service, intake, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
• Compassionate, collaborative, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
