Cambria is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day human resources support to the assigned business units. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws and regulations, and will be able to build trusting relationships with employees and managers.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day direction to managers on employee relations issues
- Assist with investigations regarding employee relations matters
- Provide mentorship to leaders on HR topics
- Collaborate with hiring managers through the hiring process
- Lead and manage the annual HR processes for assigned business units
- Guide leaders and employees through organizational change initiatives
- Participate in the development and facilitation of HR-related training
- Collaborate with other HR functions to deliver coordinated HR solutions
- Proactively stay up to date with employment, federal and state law changes
- Assist with the new hire process and employee off-boarding
