Case Manager, Flagstone Family Center

CAMBA is a community of staff, volunteers, clients, donors, neighbors and partners who work together to build an inclusive New York City, where all children and adults have access to the resources and supports they need to thrive. The Case Manager will work with clients to establish and maintain professional relationships, engage them in case management services, and assist them in attaining their goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with NYC Shelter System and Databases (CARES)
• Bi-lingual preferred
