Case Manager, Highbridge Overlook Supportive Housing Program

CAMBA is a community of staff, volunteers, clients, donors, neighbors and partners who work together to build an inclusive New York City, where all children and adults have access to the resources and supports they need to thrive. The Case Manager will maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality, and practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (e.g., B.A., B.S.W.)
• Experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and automated databases
