Bachelor's degree, experience working with SPMI population, fingerprint clearance, and flexibility to work occasional evening hours

3 years of experience, experience working with youth, and ability to obtain required clearances

Bachelor's degree, experience working with SPMI population, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager, Via Vyse Supportive Housing Program
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience. Must be able to maintain fingerprint clearance

Bachelor's degree and experience working with SPMI population

2 years experience, evening and Saturday hours required, maintain State Central Registry clearance
