Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to understand client needs and position Burq’s solutions effectively
