We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/d) to support our company in all personnel-related matters in the manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial education with relevant additional qualification or study with a focus on HR
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in the manufacturing sector
- Sound knowledge of labor law and working with works councils
- Proficient in secure handling of HR systems and MS Office
- High communication and advisory competence, strong service orientation
