As HR Generalist at Müller Meirer, you will be the first point of contact for employees, manage the employee life cycle, and support in recruiting and administrative matters. You will take responsibility for HR, develop yourself operationally and strategically, and work closely with management and employees.

Requirements

• Completed study with a focus on human resources or a comparable commercial training
• Relevant experience in operational personnel work, ideally in the retail or service sector
• Service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working with people
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with high quality requirements
• Familiarity with MS Office and experience with HR software Personio is a plus
• Knowledge in payroll or cooperation with payrollers is an advantage
