Bojangles is seeking enthusiastic and experienced General Managers to oversee restaurant operations, including leading and developing teams, operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Operational and Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, financial reports, and inventory management
- Customer Service Excellence: A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a track record of resolving guest concerns effectively
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, creative, and adept at resolving conflicts and identifying operational gaps
- Availability: Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a required 50-hour work week
- Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Also, able to work in a high-paced environment
