Bojangles Shift Leader - 1291

Bojangles is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations, lead teams, and provide excellent guest service. Must have leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a cheerful attitude.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old)
• Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Some positions require experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management
