Bojangles @ Bluewater is seeking Shift Leaders to oversee restaurant operations, provide excellent guest service, and motivate a team of employees. Shift Leaders are responsible for managing daily operations, inventory, and cash, and addressing escalated guest concerns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old)
- Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful, positive attitude, and a passion for serving others
- Ability to manage a team effectively
