Seafood Processor - Experienced

BWS is seeking experienced Seafood Processors to sort, head, bleed, cut, and package fish products on an ongoing basis. This involves working at sea in harsh conditions with fluctuating catch rates, requiring individuals with good physical fitness, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities. The position is part of a crew-share program with varying compensation based on sales and operating expenses.

Requirements

• Experience sorting and processing seafood products quickly with good attention to detail
• Experience packaging and storing products quickly and efficiently
• Experience cleaning and bleeding fish
• Good physical fitness
• Willingness to learn
• Teamwork
• Pre-employment drug screening pass
