We are seeking a Revenue Operations & GTM Systems Manager (AI-Enabled) who will own the tools, data, and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role combines elements of RevOps, Deal Desk, Systems Administration and AI automation.
Requirements
- Experience managing HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-obsessed.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with numbers and dashboards.
- Experience with AI tools and/or willingness to learn and build custom GPT workflows.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CSM, Legal, and Finance.
- Operationally excellent; loves creating order and systematic workflows.
- High judgment and ability to make independent decisions.
- Strong communication skills and comfort owning processes end-to-end.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
