Job Description
Boldr is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to lead operational execution and strategic decision-making within the RevOps team. This role requires a highly accountable individual to manage systems, lead projects, and provide support for scalable growth. The position focuses on building foundational systems and leveraging AI and automation to enhance revenue forecasting and processes.
Requirements
- Own HubSpot CRM administration
- Implement AI-enabled tools, automations, and process improvements
- Manage lead enrichment, data hygiene, and workflow automation
- Support revenue forecasting
