Job Description
Boldr is seeking a highly accountable and systems-driven Senior RevOps Specialist to lead the operation of their RevOps systems and implement strategic initiatives. This role is a crucial partner in achieving mission objectives and driving scalability through AI and tooling. The role focuses on project delivery, process improvement, and supporting revenue forecasting, leading to streamlined operations and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Enablement
- Proven success leading RevOps initiatives and projects
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Experience implementing and managing AI tooling, automation workflows, and GTM integrations
