Team Lead Applied AI and Analytics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a visionary leader to guide our Applied AI and Analytics efforts within the Computational Innovation Team in Vienna, Austria. As a Team Lead Applied AI and Analytics, you will establish and mentor a team of specialists dedicated to advancing machine learning and AI approaches that enhance decision-making across the drug discovery continuum.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or similar degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record in applying AI/ML methods to biological or biomedical data
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing interdisciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of omics data, biomarker discovery, and translational research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global, cross-functional teams, ability to drive projects in an agile environment
