Sommelier

The Mixologist/Sommelier will be responsible for managing the daily bar and beverage functions, developing a cocktail program, and ensuring a successful 5-star experience for guests.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in culinary arts preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Technical school or on-the-job formal training in Wine and Spirits preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
