Blackberry Mountain is looking to add a Supervisor to their growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality with great attention to detail and an appreciation for excellent service.

Requirements

• Training and knowledge of the team
• Communicate all internal information
• Daily operation of the dining room: openings, line-up, service, closing
• Coordinate the daily needs of both shifts to ensure proper coverage and care of guests
• Coordinate room set-ups/floor charts
• Development and support of the team
• Sustain the positive morale of the team
• Special cleaning projects
• Monitor service standards
• Monitor dinner times
• Collect information and remarks from guests
• Guest communication
• Oversee daily menu production
• Ownership of corporate meeting functions
• The Look, Maintenance, and Cleanliness of their restaurant
