Assistant Dining Room Manager

Blackberry Mountain is seeking an Assistant Dining Room Manager to lead the dining team in knowledge of service while ensuring the success of dinner, private functions, and special events.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ operational management or supervisory experience in upscale dining room
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Computer experience: word processing, spreadsheets, property management systems
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and comprehend budgeting issues and labor calculation
