The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for managing and assisting the overall operation of the front-of-the-house food and beverage experience for all guests. Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include training and knowledge of team, communicating internal information, coordinating schedule needs, and daily operation of dining room.
