Job Description
MedCore Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate Patient Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual) to join their growing healthcare team. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient experiences, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish, through phone, email, and in-person communication. The position requires a strong customer service and communication skillset with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Patient Service Representative or related healthcare administrative role specializing in Gastroenterology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR software, and basic office tools
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure
